Apprenticeships (Level 2)

This programme is for those interested in a career within the childcare profession. There are no formal entry requirements. However you will need to undertake initial assessment for English and Mathematics to help identify any support you will require to achieve.

The apprenticeship will involve real-work activities based in a childcare setting and attendance at our training centre for off-the-job training. During this time you will develop the skills and knowledge required to complete your apprenticeship.

On achievement of your qualifications you will be a fully competent nursery assistant.

Advanced Apprenticeships (Level 3)

You should be employed / working in a senior / supervisory role within a childcare setting to undertake this apprenticeship.

You will need to undertake initial assessment for English and Mathematics to help identify any support you will require to achieve.
