Apprenticeships (Level 2)

This programme is for those interested in a career within the Health and Social Care profession. There are no formal entry requirements. However you will need to undertake initial assessment for English and Mathematics to help identify any support you will require to achieve.

The apprenticeship will involve real-work activities based in a Care setting eg Nursing home, Residential Home Hospital you will also be required to attend training at one of our training centre for off-the-job training.

During this time you will develop the skills and knowledge required to complete your apprenticeship.

On achievement of your qualifications you will be a fully competent care assistant.

 

Apprenticeship qualifications: (Level 2)

Level 2 Diploma in Health and social Care

Functional Skills

Level 1 English

Level 1 Mathematics

Employer rights and responsibilities (ERR)

 

Advanced Apprenticeships (Level 3)

You should be working in a senior / supervisory role within a Health and social Care setting to undertake this apprenticeship.

You will need to undertake initial assessment for English and Mathematics to help identify any support you will require to achieve.

Level 2 Mathematics
