We have a person centred approach towards our support and respect everyone's uniqueness and their personal needs, we treat individuals with respect to ensure maximum comfort, well-being and happiness.

We take great pride in the quality of our services and our well trained staff teams are selected to compliment the people we support.

Planning Support

Every person supported has a person centred plan which identifies what they are looking for in order for us to deliver the type of support that suites their needs. This is done whether they are in individual support setting or in one of our larger sheltered schemes, whether they receive 24 hours support or whether they are in respite with us.

We encourage the people we support to have a place in the community and to become involved in events and group activities outside the living environment.

Our mission is: "To enable and support people to live their lives to the full."

Staffing

Our services are staffed in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Registering Authority and it is the policy of North West Community Services to provide quality care, underpinned by quality training to ensure that care and skills are kept at the highest level.
